Employee type Required

Select FTE if subbing for a Teacher. Select PTE if subbing for a Teacher Aid or supporting class/role.

Optional for Full/Half Day. Enter both times when the actual day differs from the normal schedule; exact times will be used for payroll. Specific Hours requires both times.

Automatic schedule: Monday–Thursday = Full Day; Friday = Half Day. Weekends are skipped when creating a date range.
